Reservation
After a reservation has been made, you will receive the confirmation
document. As stated in this confirmation document (by letter or by e-mail), your
reservation will only be definite after the completely filled out and signed
registration form as well as the down payment (usually approximately half the
total rental sum with an additional € 25, or € 45 if paying from abroad, per house for administration costs)
have both been received by Una Casa Particolare within 10 days after your
reservation. In the same confirmation
document you will also find the remaining rental sum, to be paid to the owner
upon arrival at the location in Italy. An itinerary and some touring suggestions
for the area will be sent to you well in advance of your departure.
Payment
The down payment, including administration costs, should be made
payable to the account number stated in the confirmation letter. The
remaining sum is to be paid immediately at your arrival in Italy, mostly
in cash and sometimes with credit card.
Prices and discounts
The prices in this brochure do not always include water, gas,
electricity, sheets, pillow covers, towels, cleaning costs, and heating:
this can vary considerably per location. Some owners give a discount
when their location is rented for more than 2 weeks at a time. Please
find further details in the separate brochures per location. At Easter
and Christmas time the prices often are like high or mid season, prices
on request.
Cancellation
Cancellation does not result in the restitution of the payments of
that part of the rental sum already made in the Netherlands.
Additionally, if you have not yet paid the sum in Italy, you are still
meant to do so. Henceforth, we strongly recommend you get cancellation
insurance.
Arrival and departure
For all locations the change of occupancy day is Saturday. Rentals
are only per week. For exact arrival and departure times, please see the
detailed brochures per location. Please always phone the owner in case
of delay.
Number of persons
Without the prior written consent of the owners, it is never allowed
to use the location, including the swimming pools, with more persons
than stated in the information brochure. It is also not allowed to allow
other people onto and in the properties than those for which identities
have been made known on the registration form.
Opening hours swimming pools
The operational months and times of the swimming pools can vary
considerably. Please find further and detailed information in the
individual brochures per location.
Pets: not allowed.
